Human Resource Officer Jobs Vacancy in Uganda
Nebbi District Service Commission is seeking to employ qualified applicants to fill the above position.
Key Functions
• Carrying out staff welfare management for Local Governments ;
• Planning and organizing the manpower resource through recruitment , deployment , training , utilization and discharge as per schedule;
• Providing technical advice to the council and technical Departments on matters related to Human Resource Management issues
Qualifications
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Social Administration (SWSA) or Human Resources Management or Social Sciences or Management Science or Business Administration or Arts from a recognized University.
