Job Summary: The Planning & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of the MTN Business Plan and forecasts as well as monitoring company performance and business environment while interpreting data concerning customers, channels, competition and the macro-environment into relevant, accurate and usable strategic knowledge.

Job Summary: The Drivers will transport staff, deliver newspapers and parols to various destinations safely and securely within set deadlines.

Key Duties
Drives staff or deliver newspapers and parcels to various destinations as assigned. Keeps the vehicle in the cleanest and top mechanical condition.
Monitors the distances covered, book the vehicle for service and ensure it is serviced as required.
Maintains a work book for each assignment and logs in the distances covered.
Monitors the condition of the vehicle and reports defects for rectifying immediately. Fuels the vehicle, takes care of tools and accessories.
Checks duty roaster route and vehicles assigned.
Sorts and loads parcels ensuring the first-in-last-out order for efficient drops en route.
Signs off the loading strip list and leaves for destination within set deadlines.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Transport Supervisor.

Qualifications,
The prospective Driver should ideally possess an ‘O’ Level Certificate (Uganda Certificate of Education) or its equivalent
Possess a valid driver’s license, with at least 2 classes e.g. CM or DL

 Skills & Experience:
At least 3-5 years working experience as a company driver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a very good command of English High drive for results and ability to work with deadlines
Very high personal standards
Working mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.

Key Duties
1. New Business Development:

Refer to the relevant Barclays product area for specialist product help or advice (e.g. Asset Finance) when uncertain about the product delivery or application process. Respond directly to customers with the details.
Achieve agreed sales targets for new accounts, cards, assets and liabilities, through a proactive calling programme to Business Club customers.

 Responsibilities:
The job holder will be assisting dairy farmers in the production and supply of good quality milk.
Technically advising farmers on milk handling and supply of good quality milk.
Mentoring and training milk assistants from member unions and primary societies on texting and weighing of raw milk at milk collecting centres (MCCs)
Advising the organization i.e. UCCCU and its members on the new technologies of the latest technologies of testing and weighing in the booming dairy industry including modern systems of milk payments to farmers.
Take lead in the identification and dissemination of appropriate dairy production information to UCCCU and all its constituent members.
