Main Job Responsibility
- In charge of budget elaboration in conjunction with cost control, accounting and technical/support departments
- Ensure regular review of the Estimated Final Cost (EFC) and budget in accordance with the budget time table
- Monitor and report the budget performance
- Prepare reports for JV partners for budget and performance reviews
- Attend to queries from government authorities, auditors, JVC partners and headquarters
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- 7-10 years experience in Finance and or Accounting
- Professional certification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of SAP software specific to accounting mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power point and word
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
