Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager
Location : Northern Uganda -Gulu
The Literacy and Adult Basic Education is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the vacant position above ;
Reporting
• Analyze data using computer software (Excel, SPSS, Stata) and produce all M& E reports and data summaries and submit them in a timely and professional manner .
• Disseminate LABE project results and outcomes to stakeholders in different forums .
• Attend workshops, meetings and training's as required .
• Participate in weekly meetings with the project team and deliver reports on field findings
• Produce ,monthly quarterly and annual reports to management .
Skills
• Commitment to, understanding of , and passion for supporting basic education and generally improving the delivery of education services to children and parents in Uganda.
• A post graduate degree in Sciences majoring in statistics or other relevant fields .
• Experience in designing and implementing participatory project M&E strategies ,framework systems and tools
• Proven experience in field work , and monitoring and evaluation in particular
• Excellent organizational skills , including reporting and record keeping .
