Overview of CTG Global CTG Global is a Personnel Management Service Company specialised in Recruitment, Management Consultancy, and Human Resources in countries experiencing or emerging from armed conflict, natural disasters, or acute social and economic crisis worldwide. CTG Global provides tailored personnel management support enabling a growing number of public and private sector agencies and individuals to achieve their objectives in complex and challenging environments. CTG Global clients currently comprise UN agencies, non-government organizations (NGOs), and different corporate organisations such as security companies.
We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the following:
Team Leader (require 01 no) - Should have a solid understanding of evaluation methodologies - Proven expertise of research in social science relevant of evaluation - Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and policy advise - Should be familiar with humanitarian operations
Consultant for Sexual and Reproductive Health (require 01 no) - Specialist in Sexual and Reproductive Health focusing on Maternal Health, Family Planning, HIV/AIDS and Adolescent Reproductive Health - Have at least a Master's Degree in Public Health, or any other relevant field - Extensive national and international monitoring and evaluation of Reproductive Health programmes
Consultant for Population Dynamics (require 01 no) - Specialist in Population and Development (data and integration of population dynamics plan) - Should have at least a Master's Degree in a Population related subject, or any other relevant field - Extensive national and international experience in monitoring and evaluation of population and development programme
Consultant for Gender and Reproductive Rights (require 01 no) - Specialist in Gender with focus on Gender Based violence and Reproductive Rights - Should have at least a Master's degree in Gender and Development Studies - Extensive national and international experience in monitoring and evaluation of Gender Programmes - Experience on Evaluation of humanitarian organisation supported programmes
