HudaniManji Holdings Ltd is establishing a modern and highly technological poultry facility in Semuto (Bulemezi), with the aim of providing quality conscious poultry operation and products of unmatched quality at reasonable prices for both the local and external market. We are looking to employ a highly professional and committed team of up to 200 staff to spearhead our vision and mission. We are currently looking for qualified staff for these positions;

Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to cut bird portions and wrap them as per order or specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
 To keep the spin chiller area clean at all times
 To w sh and keep the chicken clean according to standards
 To weigh chicken and transport it to the next section
 To cut and wrap portions of the bird
 To wrap the whole bird and allocate it according to weight
 To keep the area and equipment like knives and cutting machines clean at all times
 Apply safety standards
Relevant Experience and Qualification;
 An experience in the same field will be an added advantage
 Formal education and a UCE certificate will be preferable
 Good spoken English
Other Skills;
 Ability to understand scales, bar coding or labeling
