• Should have a Masters degree in Economics , Planning , Statistics or other relevant discipline.
• A Bachelors degree Economics , Statistics or other relevant quantitative discipline .
• At least five years experience in a planning department of a reputable organization .
• Should have good leadership , communication and interpersonal skills .
• Must be proficient in using relevant computer packages
• Should be able to work as a member of a team.
