Lyantonde District Local GovernmentPerson Specifications:
(i) Qualifications
EITHER a Diploma in Accounting, Auditing or Financial Management or Business Administration from a recognized awarding
institution.
OR Full Accounting Technician Certificate (ATC) or Certificate in Accounting Technician Certificate (CAT) awarded from a recognized institution/ Body accredited by The Institute of Public Accountants Uganda (ICPAU).
Duties:
i. Auditing revenue collections in Local Governments;
ii. Conducting manpower audits in Local governments;
iii. Monitoring and reviewing financial and accounting operation systems;
iv. Auditing procurement of goods and services to ensure value for money and
v. Preparing monthly audit reports.
