Job Title: Boiler Operator
Mukwano Group of Companies is inviting suitable candidates to fill the vacant position above .
Duties
• Maintain heat and steam levels in boilers ;
• Operate controls and observe gauges to regulate heat and steam,
• Install burners and auxiliary equipment ;shovel coal/coke into the firebox using hand tools
Requirements
• Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field ;
• Certificate in boiler operation from a recognized institution will be an added advantage ;
• At least two years of work experience in maintenance and operation of steam boilers and chillers in a busy manufacturing environment .
