Job Title Personal Assistant to – Partners

Positions available:
To ensure an excellent standard of PA service and support is
provided to the partners (and/or directors) specified to assist
them in achieving their overall business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities are:
Word, PowerPoint and Excel, particularly in delivering client reports, presentations and proposals.
Ensuring that Firm’s client service standards are met.
ensuring that client letters are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner
full diary management, being aware of partner/director movements
Preparation for meetings and note taking in meetings.
organising travel including providing detailed itineraries (both domestic and international)
Co-ordination of events, both internal and external, including seminars and conferences, networking evenings and corporate hospitality.
Ensures and maintains the strictest adherence to both client and staff confidentiality.
Adheres to Finn’s risk management policies.
Photocopying, binding, sending faxes, filing, data input sending courier packages.
Requirement:
Have Bachelor's degree in Secretarial and Information management or its equivalent.
Experience of using Microsoft packages, internet and email
Have practical experience of 3 years as a secretary in professional organization.
