Job Title: Advertising Manager TVs
The New Vision Printing and Publishing Company Ltd is looking for a dynamic , self motivated individual to fill the role above .
Key Result Areas
• Manage and Motivate sales team in order to achieve set targets .
• Carry out periodic training ,coaching and mentoring for the sales team and communicate updates, new products , research results .
• Develop a strategy to meet Television client needs .
• Ensure that the teams meet their set targets
• Manage proper documentation , placements and approval of business
• Manage control of client credit and discounts.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience of Sales management in Media (preferably electronic) or FMCG environment .
• Business Degree from a recognized university
• Excellent analytical , planning and implementation skills
• Highly self-driven dynamic personality
• Good at PowerPoint, excel and can quickly adapt to available sales management software.
• Professional qualification in sales and marketing an added advantage
