Requirements
• Relevant degree in business studies / humanities .
• Post-graduate qualification is an added advantages
• Previous experience and understanding of ISO certification or other relevant quality assurance standards and auditing .
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Three to five years of experience at managerial level
Responsibilities
• Act as the organizations ‘ ISO Management Representative.
• Ensure compliance with the environmental and quality assurance policy , legal and other requirements which IHK subscribes to;
• Review and update current organizational and departmental procedures/work instructions and participate in developing new ones .
• Be the document and records controller for IHK
