Job Title: Call Centre Manager

The Ministry of Health Uganda is inviting qualified candidates for the vacant vacancy which is mentioned above.
Qualifications
Must possess a Master Degree in Public Health from a recognized university /Institution
Additional training in Public Relations , Mass Communication and information technology will be an added advantage
Experience
At least six years relevant working experience in the health Sector preferably at national or regional level three of which should have been in leadership position
Competencies




Problem Solving skills
Teamwork and Interpersonal skills
Good customer care
A good listener with good oral Communication skills
Consistently at work and on time

Applications are invited for suitably qualified applicants for the above post in the Ministry of Health. Applications should be made in triplicate on Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3) (Revised 2008). The application forms can be downloaded from the public service Commission website.
