Job Summary: The job holder will plan, direct, monitor and coordinate the operations of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulating policies, managing daily operations, planning the use of materials and human resources.
Overseeing purchasing and administrative services.
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated / agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
Recruit, select and develop executive team members




Direct functions and performance via the executive team.
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
Report to the Board of Directors on organizational plans and performance.
Execute the responsibilities of a company director according lawful and ethical standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should possess an MBA with a first degree in law or accounting and/or any other business related course.
At least six years work experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry in a similar or managerial role.
High degree of integrity, self driven, well exposed, a leader with good people skills
An individual capable of advising and guiding the Board or all matters of business
The suitable candidate should be able to steer, guide and manage a large workforce and make them achieve results.
Highly result-oriented and capable of taking the company to a level of an ISO (International Standards of Organizations).
The individual must be able to put in place risk management systems to detect and eliminate fraud.
Ability to analyse company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
Ability to plan, organize and direct operations of the company on a daily basis.
Strong entrepreneurial focus and bottom -line orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication aids.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong interpersonal, management and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as required.
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate results.
Age: Between 32 and 45 years.
