Job Purpose
The Administrator will be charged with the role of supervising the operations of PPG staff outsourced to our client(s) and ensure effective client relationship. S/he will also be responsible for quality assurance, performance management, implementation of policies and procedures, and coordinating activity.
Key Responsibilities
. Prepare documentation for consultancies and service sub contracts
. Maintain an insurance cover schedule for staff group accident and staff medical cover
. Coordinate the quarterly appraisal of the outsourced staff
. Manage the clients resources and ensure office systems are in place and adhered to for proper functioning of all outsourced staff.
. coordinate the activity of outsourced staff in the area of operation
. Work hand in hand with the Client's department heads to ensure that activities are well organized and outsourced staff adhere to the different department frameworks.
. Serve as point of contact for all information regarding the administration and activity of outsourced staff.
. Participate in the recruitment, development and constant performance management of outsourced staff.
. Monitor and coordinate contract renewals for outsourced staff.
. Dealing with requests, inquiries and concerns of the Client(s)
. Generate and present monthly operation or activity reports
. Liaise with the Client to reconcile the expenditure and ensure that there are effective records for reimbursement.
. Serve as the point of contact for all human resource information and ensure compliance to the Client's code of conduct by all outsourced staff.
. Track and maintain office leave records i.e. outsourced staff
. Any other duties as assigned by the Outsourcing Manager from time to time
Key Requirements;
. Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related Field.
. A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position. Experience in telecom will be an added advantage.
. Good communication skills and ability to speak fluent English
