Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
•    Design  &  implement  strategies  that grow  Dembe FM , as  well  as Customer  growth  across all  segments  and drive  customer retention  and revenue  growth.
•    Design  work  plans  that exploit  the market  place  and  guide  the sales  team  in there day  today  sales activities
•    Track the sales  team performance  on a daily , weekly and monthly  and regularly communicate  the  status  of their  performance .
•    Carries  out regular  sales  meetings  with  sales  team  to   review   sales  team on  potential  new  clients .
Qualifications
•    A  bachelor’s  degree  in any  business-related  course  or equivalent  business  or sales  management . Post  graduate qualifications  will be  an added advantage
•    Computer literacy  especially in PowerPoint,  Word and  Spreadsheets.
•    At least  5 years of relevant  sales  experience in an  FMCG industry, with at least  3 years  managing radio sales .
•    Experience in managing  people .
•    Ability to  develop  and communicate  a clear  strategy and strong  Proposal writing .

Job Description:

Responsibilities
•    Accountable  for the  operation  of finance  processes to generate timely  and accurate  financial  information  , reports  , analyses and  recommendations  to facilitate  effective  decision making
•    Provide  capacity  building  as needed  to  partners  in budget  development  , financially  risk assessment  and in  understanding  and  interpreting  management  information  and accounting  standards
•    Develop financial  plans  and monitor  forecasts  in alignment with  organization in the  various  fore as may be  required .
•    Supervise and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports
Qualifications
•    Degree  in Finance  and or Accounting  or Business  Administration  with  Strong  bias  in Finance  or  Accounting .
