Job Title: Freight Sales Team Leader

Aramex Uganda is inviting for suitable applicants to fill the vacant post above.
A talented and results driven individual, who must be able to meet targets .
Excellent customer relation capability and should be able to manage and lead a team of highly motivated and focused members .
A shrewd negotiator and should build excellent relationships with shipping lines, airlines and other logistics vendors.
Should be able to strategize sales plans and visits in order to improve sales and increase Aramex customer base.
Should have a keen focus on customer retention.
At least 5 years in Freight sales, including Sea , Air and Land freight preferably including 2 years in a supervisory and managerial role .
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Logistics
Knowledge of IATA rules and regulations and local customs regulations and procedures.
