Specifications
• A Masters degree in International health , Epidemiology or Communicable Disease Control or a degree continued with substantial public health experience
• Minimum of three years of experience working in Public health implementation or communicable disease control in Africa
• Experience in designing and supervising behavioral change communications strategies
• Experience in carrying out field –based operational research
Desirable
• Experience in planning , implementing and reviewing advocacy activities or programs .
• A commitment to health systems research , an orientation towards enquiry and learning and an appreciation and understanding of approaches to foster systematic and sustainable change
