Qualifications
• The human Resource Officer should absolutely have good practical knowledge of HRM in the financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate day-to-day HR related activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and vision of the EFC.
• In this regard, specific qualifications and requirements include;
• Human Resources Diploma /Degree
• Two years of relevant experiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
