Main Activities
• Ensure high quality customer servicing
• Develop strategy for expansion into new geographic areas
• Manage supplier’s partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage an organization of appropriately 20 people within three years as program scales
• Mobilize funding resources in form of debt capital, if necessary
Education
• Advanced Degree in relevant field (banking, business, finance)
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience managing at least a small to medium –sized organization of at least 10 people
• Comfortable with all aspects of setting up and managing an organization, including operations, accounting, marketing, risk / internal controls etc
• Strong partnership management and negotiation skills
• High degree of integrity and transparency in communications
