Job Title: Manager Intergrated Program

Job Purpose
• Reporting directing to the Area Manager , the jobholder is responsible and accountable for the operational and technical Programs Management and Implementation , Program Initiative and development , Partinership Initiation , Development and Management , Program and Financial Reporting , Human Resources Management and Development , and administrative Trouble shooting and Support for the Intergrated programs in the region
• Technical Programs Management and Implementation responsibilities includes developing project implementation plans and budgets , managing the accomplishment of target results , oversee program budgets and accounts to ensure adherence approved budget and work plans understanding routine budget monitoring and budget revisions , leading in the overseeing the implementation of the project M&E plans , monitoring and supervising sub recipient partiners , preparing in a timely and high quality program and financial reports and taking initiatives and actions to ensure that program implementation are in compliance with all Save the Children and funding conditions , rules and regulations .
Specifications
• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Work , Social Sciences , Development Studies , Education particularly Non-Formal education and /or any related field . Post-graduate training in project planning & management , monitoring and evaluation , or related field is an advantage
• At least 3 years of accrued working experience with an international NGO dealing with child and/or youth –focussed interventions at a management level
