PEPFAR  Uganda  is recruiting qualified  candidates  for the vacant position  above.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
•    Must have  a Diploma  in Nursing  or Comprehensive  nursing  from a recognized  Nursing  Training  Institution.
Other  Requirements
•    Must  be registered  with the  Nurses  and Midwives Council.
•    Must  have  a valid  Practicing  License.

Duties
•    Receiving  patients ,  registering  admissions , discharges  and  deaths .
•    Providing  treatment  to patients .
•    Maintaining  a  clean  and  health  environment  for  patients .
•    Preparing   and  carrying  out  sterile  procedures  and  disposal  of  medical  wastes.
•    Participating  in bedside  nursing  procedures as a member of  the  caring  team

Applications  are therefore  invited  from  suitably  qualified  Ugandans  to fill the  following  vacant  posts  in  PNFP   hospitals and  facilities  in  the  districts  of ;Agago, Alebbong  , Dokolo  , Amuru , Amolotar , Gulu,  Kole, Lamwo , Lira, Nwoya, Kitgum, Otuke, and  Oyam.  Hand  written  applications  should  be submitted  to the  offices  of the  respective  Diocesan  Health  Coordinators,  and Directors  of the  PNFP  hospitals .  Applications  should bear  the title  and number  of the  post  applied  for , and name  of the  district  where  the job  is  tenable  and the  applicants   telephone  contacts’  Applicants should apply  for only  one  Diocese /PNFP  hospital .
Applicants  should attach  the following  documents  to the  hand  written  application  letter  , certified  photocopies  of their  academic  certificates,  testimonials  , professional  registration  certificates  , valid practicing  licenses , and three  of their  most recent  passport size  photographs .  Applicants  who  will  not  hear from  the respective  Diocesan  Health  Co-operators   and Directors  of PNFP  hospitals  on completion  of the selection  exercise , should  consider themselves  unsuccessful.

  The  advert  is also available  on the  notice boards  at the  District  Health  Offices  all  the  districts  specified  in the  advert .
A  detailed  schedule  indicating  the posts  available  in the  PNFP  facilities  per  district  , job  descriptions  and person  specifications  for each  post  are  indicated  below, while  the  addresses  to which  the applications  may  be  submitted  appear  at the  end  of the  advert.
