Uganda Electrical Transmission Company Limited (UETCL) is responsible for bulk purchase of electricity from the generating companies and selling the electricity in bulk to the distribution companies throughout Uganda.
Key Result Areas
• Design and implement the Civil Engineering /Structural projects in accordance to engineering standards and Company objectives,
• Prepare and collate inputs to the annual sectional budgets and ensure implementation of the approved budget program activities.
• Verify and certify civil works, supplies and services payment certificates in accordance with financial regulations
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Member of UIPE
• Age: Not above 35 years
• Experience of at least three years in supervision of works and projects; preparation of Bills of Quantity; Civil Engineering and Structural designs
• Significant experience with donor funded projects and reporting practices.
