Job Title: Sanitation &
Hygiene Officer
Founded in 2003, International Lifeline Fund is a private,
non-profit organization based in Washington dc. Within Uganda ILFs activities
focus on increasing rural water access, improving sanitation conditions, and
combating deforestation with fuel-efficient stoves.
Responsibilities
• Implementing,
executing, analyzing & reporting baseline assessments and surveys LPs WASH
impact on beneficiaries
• Developing
sanitation and hygiene materials such as training manuals
• Researching
and assessing new methodologies relating to the sanitation and hygiene sector;
• Frequent
field visits that necessitate staying overnight, often several days in row.
Qualifications
• Experience
in teaching S&H topics using PHAST and CLTS methods.
• Experience
in data collection with household surveys.
• Experience
in community mobilization, specifically working with LC1 and village leaders
• Experience
in previously training WUC
