Job Summary: The CPCS Receptionist/Office Manager  will have the responsibility of  coordinating and directing the daily workflow for the administrative support functions for the Kampala office which is situated on Tank Hill Road in Mutungo.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal applicant should possess a University degree or diploma in a related discipline.
Be highly self-motivated and goal oriented and possess excellent leadership, management and networking skills, pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
Possess excellent oral and written communication, good customer service, time and project management skills
Possess the ability to multitask, must be dependable and trustworthy
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
Ability to work flexible hours.
