About MIFUMI:
MIFUMI is a development and Women’s Rights NGO working to strengthen community based and civil society responses to Gender Based Violence(GBV) and has been promoting protection for, and supporting the needs of women and children affected by Domestic Violence across Uganda since 1999 through a multi-agency approach. MIFUMI- is seeking to recruit a self-motivated and result oriented team player who is committed to promoting and protecting the rights of women and children.

Job Summary: The Gender Based Violence Training Manager will mainly coordinate and oversee the delivery of all of MIFUMI’s GBV training and capacity building initiatives across staff groups, community volunteer groups (championship programme), training for inter-agency collaborators at district and national level, and responding to requests from external audiences.

 Responsibilities:
·         Ensure all trainings organized by MIFUMI have clear objectives, budgets and all procedures are followed appropriately
