Quantity Surveyor
Duties:Responsible for calculating, estimating, managing and refining all monetary costs and expenditures associated with a construction project.
Attending various construction project site meetings, taking minutes and giving detailed reports.
Producing full and detailed Bills of Quantities, with specifications, qualifications and contract details for tender documents.
Producing quantitative analysis of tender bids.
Requirement:
Must be a degree holder in relevant field/affiliated to an Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Experience: Five (5) years working experience in quantity surveying firm or seven (7) years working experience with a construction company.
Remuneration: Attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant for this post
