The ideal candidate should be able to,
Take Samples and process them as per the clinicians request.
Requisition and use laboratory reagents in a cost effective way.
Maintain all the lab Equipment in sound working conditions.
Responsible for overall organization and operation of the lab.
Maintain confidentiality of all lab records
Personnel Specifications:
A diploma in Clinical Laboratory Technology.
Experience of two years in laboratory practice.
A valid practicing license with allied health professional council.
High integrity , Proactive mind set, experience in working in HIV/AIDS organization is an added advantage
Knowledge of basic hematology tests and clinical Chemistry is required.
Should be able to run the lab single handedly.
Able to work under Pressure
Should be self-motivated, result oriented, good team player.
Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
Innovative and able to work under minimum supervision.
