Project Officer - CUAMM Africa in Kampala
Doctors with Africa CUAMM is implementing a 2 year extension of a health system strengthening project Responding to Chronic Emergency in Karamoja with support from UNICEF.
Functions
• Support the DHT in planning , reporting , information management , support supervision , rollout of outreach services ,
• VHT strengthening , training and teambuilding , clinical supervision with focus on the continuum of maternal and neonatal care.
• Main results include improved performance performance of the district in child survival and development interventions .
Requirements
• MBChB/BScN or equivalent qualifications with clinical experience in maternal care.
• Knowledge of the Uganda reproductive health policy and plan .
• Knowledge of the district and HSD health system
• Experience in training health workers desirable.
