Requirements
• Diploma in Clinical Medicine /RN/BSCN
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work productively within a team
Responsibilities
• To ensure all customer complaints or queries are dealt with in urgent manner and followed through to conclusion.
• To carry out HSP visits both in Kampala and upcountry.
• To coordinate the annual customer satisfaction surveys.
• Carry out Customer Service Training for staff.
• Develop a database of all corporate , personal and family cover clients
