Job Title: Country Manager

Brookside Diary Limited , a market leader in East and Central Africa, is expanding its operations in the region and would like to invite applications for the following positions in Uganda .
Key Duties
• Manage sales operations
• Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans for achievement
• Set clear and measurable objectives
• Drives sales in the country
Minimum Requirements ales
• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with bias in Marketing
• Possess at least five years Sales Management experience at senior level
• Have excellent Sales Management and Supervisory skills
• Be aggressive and result oriented
• Be prepared to travel and work long hours
• Must have outstanding leadership skills
• Must have ability to represent the company at all levels of operation
