Job Title: Sales Supervisors
Brookside Diary Limited , a market leader in East and Central Africa, is expanding its operations in the region and would like to invite applications for the following positions in Uganda .
Key Duties
• To achieve agreed sales targets
• To achieve set trade coverage and distribution objectives
• Implement agreed merchandising and display objectives in key accounts and general trade
• Control and manage sales team effectively to realize agreed sales objectives
Requirements
• Should have Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a bias in marketing
• At least 3 years experience in selling FMCG
• Sales Management skills
• Aggressive and results oriented
• Prepared to travel and work long hours
