Job Title: Finance Manager
Deloitte Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the positions of Finance Manager and Claims Manager on behalf of our client ,a General Insurance Company in Uganda and a multi-national Group .
Responsibilities
• Designing , implementing, monitoring and evaluation of financial and related systems of the company ;
• Ensuring that the budgeting process is carried out within the given parameters and delivered in time ;
• Ensuring all financial reports are produced accurately and delivered within the agreed timelines;
• Ensuring efficient and effective financial management ;
Qualifications
• First University Degree , preferably in Accounting ;
• Should be a qualified accountant with ACCA, or CIMA, or CPA, or its equivalent ;
• Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience ;
• Have thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Have good written and oral communication skills
• Have good interpersonal skills
