Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
• To receive instructions , peruse files and assesses the merits and demerits of each case /circumstances .
• To represent the Bank in courts of law.
• To prepare opinion memos for the Head of Legal to peruse and advice
• To provide advice on best way to resolve cases without exposing the company’s image as well as mitigating its loss
Requirements
• Honors Bachelors degree in laws from a recognized university .
• Diploma in Legal practice from Law development Centre .
• Good Interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Three years experience in legal practice gained from a financial institution , corporate company or a busy law firm
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good sense of self drive and business acumen .
