• Masters or Bachelors’ Degree in Business related studies
• Age 28 years minimum.
• At least 5 years working experience at Branch Management level in financial sector.
• Excellent track record.
• Motivate and drive sales team to achieve and maintain set targets.
• In depth understanding of sales, financial services and credit management principles.
