Job Title: Mechanical Artisan

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair and optimize the plant and the associated devises.
Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and maintain a safe healthy working environment
Conduct cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production
Carry out autonomous ,preventative and break down maintenance on all line equipment Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices
Contribute to team problem solving and decision making
Accord customer care and service in line with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should possess a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 years working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry
Two years' experience as an Mechanical Artisan Must be hardworking
High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),
Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
Self motivated and should be able to work in shifts.
Be able to communicate effectively
