Job Summary: The Job holder will  efficiently operate a Packaging process machine to produce high quality EABL products/services to meet both local and international standards in a safe environment and at the lowest cost.

Key Outputs:
Operate packaging line process machines as per manufacturers stated operating procedures to produce product that meets stated quality requirements as per the quality standards.
Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure targeted plant reliability.
Carry out basic quality checks through product testing, rectify anomalies and recommend for corrective action.
Ensure process and component waste are below target
To consistently keep process records as required by the quality systems.
Ensure safety requirements for self and those working around the machine are rigorously met.
Does on the job training to attaches and new recruits.

Key Performance Indicators:
Good quality output.
Minimum break down time.
Planned /scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience:
The applicant should possess an Ordinary diploma in a relevant field. Preferably, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Hands-on experience in production operations of not less than 3 years,
Engineering skills (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation)
Operational system support skills as defined in the Capability matrix.
Continuous improvement skills
Knowledge of resource planning, requirements planning and capacity planning.
Information systems and technology
Numerical skills
Influencing and inter-personal skills
Good communicator
