About US:
The Aga Khan University in conjunction with the Aga Khan Health Service in Uganda invites applications for the following positions based in Kampala. Uganda.

Job Summary: The Patient Services Coordinator will primarily be responsible for front office operations and financial transactions including handling cheques and corporate agreements and correspondence.

Key Duties
Offer efficient and effective front office services to all clients;
Ensure that all internal and external clients visiting the Clinic are attended to promptly; Receiving and recording all cheques:
Maintain a list of postdated cheques and bank when due;
Process all patients’ refunds;
Ensure all the outgoing mails are collected the same day;
Responsible for File and retrieve documents & type any letters/memos as required
Process any enquiries that may arise as per stipulated guidelines and Hospital policy.



Qualifications,
All the Patient Services Coordinator candidates  must hold a Diploma in Front Office Operations and/ or Customer Service

Skills and Experience:
A minimum of two or more (2) years' experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of Accounting/Financial Management and proficiency in MS Office packages will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills.
