Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of work / job, performed measures to the required standard.
Ensure cleanliness of the base stations at all times
Advice management and client on areas requiring attention to minimize breakdowns and therefore emergency call outs
Coordinator between company and Client and subcontractor
Monitoring fuel stations to make sure all stations are always at the required levels (500 litres minimum)
Be certain that quantities of fuel purchases match with deliveries
Ensure sub-contractors are paid on time to maintain close business relationships and prompt supplies of material.
Role between Linksoft, subcontractors and clients i.e. Safaricom
Identify new business opportunities
Create new business opportunities at base station level to improve on revenue and increase on profits
Active co-ordination of field technicians to ensure timely response.
Be involved in fault-finding exercise and problem solving.
Qualifications,
The ideal candidate for this vacancy must possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent
Skills and Experience:
At least two years experience in field work
Must be of high integrity and honesty.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work long hours and in remote areas.
Must possess good managerial and supervisory skills
Willing to be on call at all times and travel at short notice
