Key Duties
Work in collaboration with other PATH staff to manage reception including telephones, visitors, receipt and distribution of packages and post, and managing outgoing packages and mail (local delivery through coordination with drivers).
Assist with correspondence with partners, relevant ministries and district offices, managing larger translation tasks, copying and printing documents as needed.
Support the project staff with logistics whenever they are in Kampala for project related activities e.g. lodging and meetings scheduling.



Monitor project equipment (phones, copiers, projection equipment, printers, etc.) and alert appropriate staff about any issues or problems.
Technically support project procurement including requests for quotations, selection process, and developing PATH purchase orders and related documents
Prepare regional office payment vouchers and expense reports with appropriate documentation of all transactions for the office.
Technically support planning and preparation of meetings and workshops (logistics and preparation of meeting room and documents as requested).
Support project-related travel arrangements, domestic and international, and for visitor travel including flights, hotel room reservation, and car rental if needed.
Maintain staff schedule information and calendar of key activities.

Qualifications,
The applicants must hold Bachelor’s degrees in Development studies, Business Administration or related field;

Skills and Experience:
A minimum of three years’ of related experience.
Past exposure and experience working with international organizations is a plus.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel;
English language proficiency;
Possess the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Comfortable working in a team environment.
Possess the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
