Roles
- Ensure the maintenance of working environment that yields productivity and furnishes essential office supplies
- Ensure that all office equipment including the photocopier, telephone and computer are properly maintained
- Maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the workers in the orgainsation
- Keep all financial records of the branch
- Handle branch office petty cash
- Carry out cash reconciliations
Qualification
- A minimum of a diploma in business Administration, Accounting option, or any other related field
- Strong administration and management skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to initiate and foster networks with community based groups and collaborating partners
Should not be more than 30 years

Roles and Duties:

• Master’s or equivalent -would be an asset.
