Job Description
Reporting; Project Manager
Stations; Gulu, Kitgum, Pader
Purpose of the Job:
To lead the field implementation of the “Youth empowerment Project” (SRHR) activities in the designated areas of Northern Uganda (Gulu,Kitgum, Pader).
The project aims at increasing access to Quality Youth Friendly Services in Marginalized Communities in Northern Uganda.
The project officer will promote stakeholders involvement in the development and operationalisation of the project activities and work plans, support roll out of youth friendly initiatives and implement relevant capacity building initiatives for health workers, Youth clubs and community resource persons.
Basic Qualifications, Training and competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in health, social sciences or closely related field.
• At least 4 years experience managing/coordinating SRH interventions in an NGO setting
• Experience and a good understanding of documenting best practices with training in Sexual Reproductive health
