Responsibilities
• Handling After sales Technical complaints Inquiries & reporting.
• Provide support to service reception , service management & customer retention programs.
• Ensure Warranty & Special Campaign Repair Claims are properly carried out &completed.
• Evaluate Service CSI Performance from Customer Perspective
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in social sciences or related business degree ,
• Computer skills –to be Proficient, Communication skills -to be proficient in both written & verbal,
• Automotive knowledge & skills/5 years experience in a service department.
