Service Advisor - Toyota Uganda Limited in Kampala

 Job Title: Service Advisor

Toyota Uganda is the market leader in the Uganda automotive industry , being wholly owned by Toyota Tsusho Corperation .
Responsibilities
• Efficient & courteous reception of customers , Clear identification of customer needs , accurate job card preparation & accurate client data capture.
• Responsible for ensuring that the service department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer care & strengthening customers informed of additional work done, changes to cost, completion times & possible delays.
• Ensure proper explanation of customer invoices in terms of parts , labour lubricants & consumables charged
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Course,
• Min 2 years technical experience in Motor Industry
• Good Communication skills
