Job Title: Programs Officer

Uganda National Teachers Union (UNATU) is recruiting suitable applicants to fill the vacant post above.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Education , Development studies , Social Sciences or any other relevant field .
• Post graduate qualifications in the field of Project Planning and Management .
• At least 2 years of program management experience in a reputable and busy Organization
• Teaching experience will be an added advantage
Duties
• Carry out research with regard to UNATU services and interventions and general needs and gaps to be addressed in line with the strategic and programs work plan.
• Surpport the reviewing , monitoring and evaluation of program and generate reports in line with the strategic and programs work plan.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of staff in the programs unit in line with the performance management system .
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authority.
