Regional Human Resources Officer - Right To Play International in Kampala
Job Title: Regional Human Resources Officer
Right To Play is an international humanitarian organization that uses specially -designed sport and play program to improve health .
Key Result Areas
• Compliance with Right To Play International HR policies and practices , making adjustment for local labour laws where required
• Provide HR support to managers in all employee relations matters
• Monitor recruitment practices and provide EASA oversight of the field recruitment
• Provide support in determining training needs of staff and take lead or provide support in arranging /delivering training as needed
Qualifications
• University Degree in Human Resources /Personal Management and/or higher Diploma in Human Resources
• Masters Degree is desirable
Experience
• 5 t0 7 years Human Resources management experience in the non-profit sector
• Competency based HR practices and International HR experience with a strong focus on the East and Southern Africa Region.
