Job Title: Information Communication Technology Manager
HOFOKAM is one of the largest microfinance institutions operating in western Uganda .
Qualifications
• A degree in MIS/IT/Software Engineering / Computer Science ,
• Minimum of three in Managerial position .
• Officers; Microsoft Certificate Systems Engineer and familiarity with Cobit 4.1/ iso27001/2 framework will be added advantage.
Competencies
• To be able to dispose the above responsibilities , the Management Information System ICT Manager should have at least the following capabilities ;
• Skills in written and spoken English ;
• Typing/encoding speed and accuracy of at least 40 words per minute and 90% accuracy ;
• Ability to work under pressure
• Monitoring and evaluation skills
