Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited has exceptional and exciting opportunities for suitably qualified professionals to join the Retail function in Uganda .
Knowledge
• Will require a good understanding of Card products /policies /plans/objectives in order to pro-actively embrace systems/procedure changes within the function
• Extensive knowledge of the impact of short , medium and long-term plans of the business and the effects of them on other functions
• Understanding of local , as well as, European statutes that relate to role holders function.
Qualifications
• Minimum qualification of Business degree or relevant experience
• At least 6 years experience in a Retail Banking management environment
• Experience in leadership of a diverse/large team
• Experience of remote site management within a matrix management model
• Management experience in a multi-cultural environment
