Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited has exceptional and exciting opportunities for suitably qualified professionals to join the Retail function in Uganda .
Knowledge
• In depth knowledge of product knowledge of product (from pricing to process)
• Understanding of Retail Business overall for better planning and executive
• Understanding of local & associated market for better customer offering
• A working knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation e.g KYC, Anti-money laundering , banking code , service standards , health and safety , standards etc
• A sound knowledge of the bank’s internal departments , systems & procedures
Experience
• At least Business degree or relevant experience
• At least 6 years experience in a Retail Banking management environment
• Experience in leadership of a diverse/large team
• Project management experience is an added advantage .
