Job Description
16+ years of IT Experience in IT project delivery & IT operations:
Minimum 3 years of experience as the Program Manager
Minimum 3 full cycle delivery project experience as Delivery Manger
Minimum 3 year of experience in IT Operations on BSS/OSS Stack (Knowledge on IN preferable)
Minimum 2 year of experience of Service Delivery Management (Customer Facing)
Preferable to have knowledge on VAS
Preferable to have a BA & SA background
